•  Grass cutting, tree/plant pruning within the facility compound

•  General building, maintenance such as repairing and replacing of    damaged doors, windows, roof, floor and wall finishes due to fair    wear and tear

•  Cleaning of common area and compound (excluding internal    cleaning)

•  Maintenance of sanitary fittings and plumbing services due to fair    wear and tear

•  Maintenance of driveway, car parks, drains, walkways,    motorcycle parks

•  Maintenance of Landlord's installations and equipment

•  Disposal of domestic rubbish and refuse (except industrial waste)    from bin center of the facility compound to refuse dumping ground
